S.E.M.K.A. Self Defence Course (Goshin-Jutsu ).
Open to all students any grade, a course on self-defence utilising all aspects and concepts of Wadoryu Karate. This course works on the practical principles of Wadoryu to make full- efficient use of our Karate in practical self-defence. Contains everything we need for self-defence, which is very often neglected or untapped. All type of escapes, pressure-point attacks, strikes, locks and throws.
Instructors Paul Elliott 6th Dan Renshi and Mike Rapley 6th Dan.

S.E.M.K.A. Mini Kata and Kumite competition
Venue: Scout Hall, Swindon Road, Horsham, West Sussex, RH12 2HF.
This competition is designed as a introduction to S.E.M.K.A./B.W.K. members to Free Fighting and Kata competition so that the student can progress to outside competitions in the near future. Open to all grades and ages. Entry forms will be available after the April Holidays. Medals will be presented to 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th.
Kata in the morning 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. approximately.
Kumite in the afternoon 1.30 p.m. to 4.00 p.m. approximately.

S.E.M.K.A. Black Belt Written Exam Course. Open to all S.E.M.K.A./B.W.K. members, all grades.
Venue: Tanbridge School Guildford Road, Horsham. (NB: Course will be held Porto cabin, which is in one of the mobile classrooms between the entrance and the main hall.)
Time: 9.30 a.m. to 1.30 p.m.
Price: £15.00
This course is designed to help all students with their 1st, 2nd & 3rd Dan examination, please bring pen & paper. You must book for this course.
