The Kata section has been reorganised and updated. You will also find some detailed Kata instructions. We hope to expand this section even more in the future.
Complementing our currently succesful Tensho Chi Clubs and dedicated website (www.tenshochi.com), SEMKA has now opened a new T'ai Chi Club. This will appeal to a slightly different audience than our other classes.
