Here you will find links to video that will help you with your grading syllabus. The Video was taken in the Shin Ichi Dojo with kind permission from Sensei David Ansell - Kyoshi - 7th Dan.
Gary Swift 7th Dan Kyoshi, Chief Instructor of British Wadokai Karate-do Federation demonstrating kata and all filming was undertaken by Paul Elliott 6th Dan Renshi of SEMKA.
All videos in this section are to aid your study of the Katas & Tai Sabaki within the British Wadokai Syllabus.
Each Kata is presented in two versions - the 'Instructional' version is performed in 'slow motion' to enable you to see each move. The 'Practicing' version is performed at full speed. All videos are presented as flash video & should play on all computers with Flash 8 or higher installed. To stream smoothly they require broadband connection speeds of 1Mb or more.
Also provided are zip files for each video containing a larger resolution WMV video file which will play on most computers. You can download* any or all of the videos to save on your own computer at view at your leisure. If you plan to watch these videos frequently we kindly ask that you download them & save to your hard drive to save our bandwidth!
